Honda Aquatrax hull VIN location?

Does Honda have a 2nd VIN location similar to SeaDoo where it is stamped in hull under the fuel tank or similar alternate location? (I know the 1st VIN location is on the right rear corner but I think the govt requires a 2nd semi hidden location and that it be more permanent than a plate riveted on.) If so, where is it?
