how its going im matt and this is my first time posting a thread.
i have a 94 blaster 701 61x fairly standard, and the rear piston finally gave up, it had been running at around 80% for a while. then lost compression in no2 piston, and when we pulled it down the piston had burnt through on the exhaust side, the ski has a few mods as described:
msd ignition, total loss
alloy flywheel
protec pipe
air filter
works scoop grate
oil injection removed
im posting to ask what else i should do or look at while its ripped down,
so far im getting a wiseco 82mm piston kit and a topend gasket kit, im having the cylinder bored and honed to suit, and getting it ported if i can find someone local in brissy, aus, who knows what they are doing, and the head machined and decked. the crank is still perfect so no need to touch it. while the motors out im looking at rewiring and tidying everything up, any input and help would be awesome, cheers matt
