okay i put the plug in the security system and nothing happens its supposed to make some beeps and the gauges are supposed to light up? its a new battery and everything is hooked up(from what i can tell). i have never had or used a jet ski before and this stumps me please help. what should i troubleshot first? battery is charged.

There is a 15 amp main fuse in the coil box in front of the battery, and fuses on the MPEM in the grey electrical box alongside of the gas tank. Check the coil box first for rusty connections.
FYI, if you left the little black wire off of the negative post of the battery when you changed the battery, it will do exactly as you described. The black wire comes from the top of the coil box next to the battery.Bill O'Neal <br>
