I have a 2000 I bought used. I rode it once and had 0 probs. I went to ride it a again, was idling out and it stopped. It would crank, but no start. took to 3 dealers. 3rd one told me it was the computer. It was fried due to the cooling system that runs through it leaked. So I just want it fixed. this was back in September. THe problem I am having is getting the computer replaced, the Kawasaki dealer can't get me another unit. Kawasaki says there is a back order. He also tried to send it to a place that rebuilds them, but I beleive they said it was too fried for them to work with. I just want to get this thing running. Anyone know how I may be able to replace this computer? Thanks for any input.
