Hi I have a KAWASAKI 1100 STX that runs out of puff

Hi I have a KAWASAKI 1100 STX DI 2001 model only about 50h total running .
The other day from about half throttle it dose not seem to want to go any
faster than 6000rpm 64 klm an hour just this before it was doing 98klmh and 7000rpm it seems to be staving of fuel but filter in tank is ok and the main fuel filter dose not seem blocked!! When you first take off at full throttle its
fine then it runs out of puff ???in a second any idea what's wrong???
1:Eliminated its not an exhaust leak .
2:Could be low fuel pressure from fuel pump.
3: Docent seem to be the fuel filters.
4:Thought it maybe a cracked spark plug replaced it made no difference.

5: Could it be the TPS and what readings should I be getting when I test it with my multy meter.
6:Its not the spark leads or plugs tested new ones no difference.
7:If I disconnect the TPS it starts & idols but won't rev at all which seems normal.
8:No codes or wanning lights come on.
    Any other idears Thanks MARK:beer

Re: Hi I have a KAWASAKI 1100 STX that runs out of puff

FOUND THE PROBLEM !! A TINY EXHAUST LEAK ABOUT THE SISE OF A MED NAIL [pin hole]:beer I did not notice it before it was so small but enough to stop it from getting full power

The rubber hose leading from the chamber to the muffler

After further investigation I found this was caused by a screw driver slipping off the hose clamp and the screw driver edge piecing the rubber hose !! and this ski was only ever serviced by the jetski shop that it was bought from. know one else has touched it before this ????? [last service a month ago] ?????
