1991 Seadoo Xp cuts out

Ski has been sitting for a year. It started right up and ran good, however when I slowly give it gas, about 1/2 throttle on up, it stutters, like it maybe not getting enough gas. Does this mean it may need a carburator rebuilt? Also if one carb kicks in at 1/2 throttle, which one is it that is having the problem?
I tried running it several times, with same results?

I'm not sure what you mean by one carb "kicks in" ? How can you tell which carb is kicking in?

It really does not matter though as you definately need to rebuild the carbs as my guess is that after sitting, a needle valve is stuck shut.
