94 Yamaha Pro Vxr Carb Issues

Hi


I have a problem with my yamaha . It wets one spark plug and the other one stays dry and it loses power .
I already changed the diaphrams and the settings are correct also the jets are clean does any one have an idea of why this is happening

Sounds like the reed valve on that cylinder is not opening to allow fuel in.
