Low oil alarm after pump block-off install

I installed an oil pump block-off plate on my 97 1200GP when I did my cylinder exchange. What do I need to do about the low oil alarm going off? Will this low oil sensor cause a no start?

trace wires from oil tank un plug them then join wires together that go up to warning light that should fix it.:)
