Help wanted for zxi 1100 1996
Put new bearings in housing and in order to remove and reinstall drive shaft,i had to lift the engine a few inches but forgot to remove sparkplug leads.Two out of the 3 plug caps pulled off,so when i had finished the job i put them back on and checked that all 3 plugs had a spark.The engine starts immediately but runs badly.it mis fires and bangs out of the exhaust when the throttle is opened and on idle it revs up and down.I have put new plugs in and i am in the process of cleaning out the carbs-i think my next issue may be the timing-i have a service manual but it does not show how to time the ski--any clever people out there got any ideas????
