Kawasaki Ultra 150 1999 all the light on now past40mph and rpm 7,000

I have a kawasaki ultra 150 1999 and is run good but know have the temperature light is on and the battery light is on and the speedometer dont work and the warning light is on and when i run the jetski is run like 30 mph and the rpm is 7,000 and now more whit the trottle complete i take to two shop they talk me they check the wire is ok,the stator is ok, the regulator is ok,cdi is ok ,the exaust hose is ok and i spend to many money and every thing still there I want to now more.
