Kawasaki Ultra 150 ~ I keep blowing engines.

After rebuilding my 1999 Ultra 150 engine for the 3rd time and tried it on water and 3 days later it broke. I found the problem, the rod snaped on third cylinder it made a crack on the bottom part of the cafting. I think if the time get knew engine from the pro. Can anyone from sbt tell me how this will work? How long do I have to wait for a new engine? How about the core is the crack on the bottom acceptable?
