plastic gas spout broke and fell into the ULTRA 250

My plastic gas spout broke (Gas Can) and fell into the ULTRA 250 gas tank?

How do I get the thing out??? its in the GAS TANK !!!

Can I still ride with the spount in the gas tank.

ANY IDEAS how to get it out?
