  • installing an new sbt engine

big question here ,ok i just purchased a re-built 717 engine and i put it together my question is how do you know where to put the satator which times it on as ,it left on the old engine and now i have to transfer it to the new one before i put the flywheel on so how do i do this or do i even need to worry about it , as the fly wheel has a key on it . was just wondering as i did this on another engine i purchased and it seem to run slower dont want to make the same mistake twice as it says to time it you have to remove the fly wheel so ho do you time it when it a new engine ??? thanks
