  • 1996 GSX Exhaust Water Injection Leaking

I recently was running my Seadoo 787 GSX ski when it suddenly lost power and could not reach 7k rpm. I made it back to shore and found that is was leaking at the upper exhaust and it flooded the engine bay and i flushed/drained the water out. It was located on the bottom pipe that looks like a freeze plug on the motor. Is this area on the Exhaust repairable? I looked for a part and it was $600 new. I was still able to do a flush and the motor performed correctly besides the leak since i go in salt water. Thanks.

    You can have it welded...

600 is WAY too high. Go over to www.pwctoday.com and pick one up for $100.
