  • SBT Sleeve installation

    Good day

i wonder if i buy your cylinders sleeves for my seadoo 787 can change them my self ?

I mean i got an hydraulic press at my job, is there a special requirement to do that, i mean heating the cylinder or other procedure, or it is just a matter of pressing them out.

I know i have to bore them afters.

    thanks

    Re: SBT Sleeve installation

The cylinders must be heated to 400 deg in an oven, the sleeve put in a freezer. Then they slip in and you put it in a press while it aclimates.
