Crankshaft run out

I just rebuilt my 1997 Daytona 1000 engine,it appears to run ok but there seems to be a lot of run out on the PTO end of the crankshaft ,it is possible to see the drive shaft floating bush oscillate when the engine is running
What is a normal tolerance for crankshaft run out

Its possible to see it turning as it is pinched between the crank and the pto coupler. Run out is 0.05 mm or 0.002 in.
