sbt warranty and records

I have a line on a GP1200 engine that was supposedly re-built by SBT last year.

Any way to confirm when and if? when SBT rebuilds a motor, how do you identify it, tag, serial number?

How do I see if it was SBT that rebuilt it, and if the warranty is still good?

Thee will always be a 5 digit serial number on the front of the engine near the top. Either stamped in, or a big silver sticker also. Just post the SBT Serial and we can tell you it's history.
