'96 Montego questions

Have a 1996 Tigershark Montego DLX with a "no fuel" issue.
Would like to install a carb kit, so far unable to find any identification on carb.
I believe the machine is all stock, and think I understand it is a 640cc motor and a Mikuni SBN44 carb.

Does the Mikuni SBN kit from SBT fit all SBN carbs?

Should I use my micrometer to measure the carb bore, and see if it is 44mm?

If I find no pulses onthe pulse line (pulled off carb, cranking engine) does that mean it might be bad reeds or crank seals?

How might I check crank seals?

Does SBT sell a pop-off gauge?
