hi guys, hope sombody can help. Ive got a big misfire at any r.p.m. Like someone is taping out morse code on the kill switch. Ive checked the fuel filter, looks like new. Then changed the plugs, no change. sucked all the fuel out, looked perfect. No blown fuses, tried pulling each fuse one at a time, no change or would not start. Replaced battery, no change, visualy inspected everything, no signs of anything. Seems like ignition to me. The first sign of a problem was it just shut off for about a second, then ran fine for the rest of the day, then it did it about three times the next day and then ran fine all day. After sitting for the winter it just misfires as soon as it has any load on it and never gets any better. Its not hitting the rev limiter, it will do it rite off of idle. MPEM ? HELP!!!!
