rebuild kit for 951 air pump

Hello, I am a SBT Customer and I have a 2000 GTX DI that I think the air pump is bad. The big hose going to the throttle body has got so hot it has melted on the fitting. How is the best way to fix ?

Jim, is this hose hitting the exhaust? and is it connected to the air box and where is it going?
