  • '94 750 SS cooling problem

I ran my ski over the weekend and it ran fine. Put it in today and noticed that no water was coming out of the pisser. Shot compressed air threw the hose to the jet drive and hose to the pisser. ran it on the garden hose and water came out the pisser but it seemed like it took more pressure than it usually does. What else should I try?

Jim check the over heat sensor that is connected inline on the pisser hose coming from the head. This can get clogged with sand and salt causing water flow issues.

cleared out the sensor and even checked the hose before the sensor but the water flow seemed to pulse instead of a steady stream like the sister ski.

You might have to remove the exhaust pipe and take it apart, I have seen sand clog up the cooling passages many times. Use a coat hanger and try to rod out the passages as best as you can, this may be your problem.
