    Lightbulb Choosing Correct Spark Plugs

The SBT Tech Guys Recommend: You use spark plugs that are in the specified heat range for your watercraft. Running too hot of a heat range will cause detonation, damaging your pistons and can even damage your cylinders. The lower the number on the spark plug the hotter the heat range - Example a BPR7ES is a hotter burning plug than a BPR8ES.
