You should not have to deal with this problem, it should stay with the dealer, BRP tech support has to come in if the dealer is not able to repair.
I would not touch anything myself if I was you, the dealer acknowledged a problem so it is warranty, it is in the hands of BRP and its dealers.

Skisol is correct, It is under w/a and the dealer needs to find the problem and fix it for you. Give your dealer the chance to fix it and if that does not work then call Brp customer support.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
