Entire water jacket system has been removed cleaned cleaned cleaned. The engine runs perfect however the crossover hose from the waterbox muffler to the discharge side of the jet ski gets so hot that it melts after only 10 min of riding. All of the cooling hoses and fittings have been checked rechecked and are correctly connected as per the kawasaki watercraft service manual. Any suggestions as to why this hose keeps melting? Please help!

Some how your not getting enough water into the pipe to keep the hose cool. Check your water routing to the pipe.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

All of that has been gone through a few times and its all clear. But we cannot figure out how the water gets into the exhaust.Comment
