    chewed up on bottom edge.pump oil looked fine. BUT, charged battery hit starter not enough juice to turn over. Check ouput 11.85 volts. Charge over night. hit stater short turn and nothing back on chager back down to 4 amps and 50% after two presses on the starter.???

      Not the battery swappd with my other ski and it started fine. initial commpression but then nothing doesnt turn but more than a click.

        AHHHH.. You and acecool from another thread need to hook up (he's from SC as well)..

        How hots the starter? You have a MASSIVE draw happening..

        Also, where's the click from, the starter, the elec box or the pump..

          Pulled plugs GEYSER. Hydrolock but how? Last time in water started fine 7k but no speed. since then on trailer Pull wear ring and replace pull fuel selctor and clean and replace. How does water get in the cylinder?

            Ok running and in the water 6500k at 45MPH glassy no wind, First couple of time hard to restart pop off sep bowl empty and put back start right up. also noticed line with T below sep bowl not connected other two off the T go to hull (Vent or overflow)) should I be gwetting more than 45 out of this ski. Sucks a lot of gas

              You should be low/mid 50's.. 6500 is a little low, 6900 is where you want to be..

              Was it water or gas in the cyl?

                  Yup... it will be in your high speed adjustment..

                  Open it up.. just a tad (1/8th turn) and see where your RPM's are..
