I had read some of the testimonials prior to contacting SBT. After my own experience dealing with SBT I felt compelled to add my own positive comments.
I blew up my Waverunner 1200 power valve engine. I am from Central Canada (Saskatchewan) and was recommended by an acquaintance that does work on watercraft and snowmobiles to contact SBT. I went to the website but was scared away by the fact that Florida is a long way away from my home.
Anyway I contacted Jeremy and he was able to walk me through the process of shipping and all the other details. He helped me to locate both a cylinder and a case and everything was done over the phone. These guys are great to deal with and seem to want to help you out in any way they can. The service and support was top notch.
I have, and certainly will continue to recommend SBT to anyone having PWC issues.
