I have a 1999 Yamaha XL760 that started developing an issue late last season. Sometimes after sitting for a few days, when you first try to start the boat with choke on, it won't start. It tries but no kick. If I drop a bit of gas in the hole on the air filter, it starts right up and runs fine. Once warmed up it runs great. What could this be? What should I look at first?

problem is a long gas line ,install primer kit ,pump 3-4 times ,starts right up(and save battery):)Comment
