770 holes pto piston

I bought a 99 tsr770 with a melted rear piston. installed new top end. 1hr into break in it holed the pto cyl piston. rebuilt carbs -checked fuel sytem-installed inline filter and honed and replaced piston. 4 hours into break in this time it holed the pto piston again. Sound like a crank seal? Still has the oil injection
