i will always give credit where due i have been doin business with sbt for at least 7 years and for the last few years a lady by the name of Lizepte has been answering the phone to direct u where u need to go this is the front line person who deals with the customer good bad or ugly it has not mattered whether it is mornig,lunchtime or late afternoon she still has a great proffessional attude which is extremely difficult some days I KNOW i want to take my hat off to her well done we need more people with this positive attitude thank you,and thanks to the rest of the crew at sbt,all the best frenchie
