i run my premix 40 to 1 with out problems use good oil, not walmart penzoil

I prefer seadoo oil, or Amsoil in all my ski's..

I use Motul 800, That's what I run in my racing bike and it burns clean.

So I am thinking about using AMSOil, can you really get the 100 to 1 and cut the amount in half and it works as good as yamalube? Have a 94 Waverunner 3 and just put a rebuilt block into a 99 Waverunner 760. Thx

no... even with Amsoil, you need to run a consistent 40:1... Some people I know run 60:1 and seems to run fine, but I like to error on the side of caution

i cant find a chart to explain the ratio, is ratio 40. 1 4 ounces of oil to 1 gallon of fuel? if not show me the mix chart please. my 787 oil pump is bad i plan on leaving it hooked up as stock, just to keep the roter bathed , and will be pre mixing fuel , should be ok?

40.1 meaning 4 ounces of oil to 1 gallon of fuel thanks again

3.2oz of oil : 1 gallon is 40:1

or

16oz oil : 5 gallons

Yes, you can leave the pump hooked up, but you need to remove the pump drive shaft.
