compression is 130psi on both cylinders. the seals were nearly new when i rebuilt. i did not do a leak down test on the crankcase. how do i go about doing a leakdown test on the crankcase?

You would need to block off the intake and exhaust and install the spark plugs. You then put air into the case through the pulse fitting and see if it holds pressure.
