Rebuilt pump on 1997 GTX.

I replaced the pump using kit & new ware ring from SBT. Pump turns fine until I install end cone. Installed oil and turned with wrench. It turns easy with wrench but can not turn buy hand.

It should turn easy by hand, if it has the anti rattle device in the nose cone, take it out and see if it spins by hand.
