  • complete engine rebuilt vs top end rebuilt

    hi, please may ome one make it clear the main diffreance between the full engine rebuilt which coast more than 2000$ and the top end rebuilt that coat 300$ ?

    A complete rebuild includes a reman crankshaft, all new bearings, seals, pistons, gaskets and is fully assembled. The motor undergoes different testing and carries a warranty. A top end includes pistons and gaskets. You do the work to assemble and doesn't carry any warranty

      when we use the top end option?, and when to use the complete rebuilt?

        Top end for when you blow your top end, but your lower end is still fine.

        Complete for when you blow the motor to where the crank / lower end has been compromised and you want a warranty.
