I must say that after contacting and getting info on a new core replacement for a Yamaha 701T, I wasn't really sure if I had made the right decision to make the order.
After my close friend created the account and ordered the new core on a Friday, I was blown away when the new core arrived on my doorstep the following Tuesday!
Besides the excellent quick shipping, I was amazed at the quality of the received product! The packaging was excellent, and the convenience of supplying the prepaid return shipping paperwork and container for the old core took all the fun out of the usual return hassle.
All the info on your website and documentation, instructions, and warranty is a class act! You guy's please keep up the great service! You'll get my referral's.
