So I am VERY familiar with the Sea Doo Superchargers and how they have to be rebuilt (up to 2008) before 100 hrs before washer issues. Are there any issues with the Kawasaki superchargers that I should be aware of? Or any other such areas that these skis need attention? Thanks.

Make sure you keep the inside of the hull dry, thats the best advise I can give you, Kawi's are notorious for leaking around the hull bond lines and then water gets into the hull then the trouble starts. Also change oil every 20 hrs of use, The super chargers create so much boost that fuel will be forced down around the pistons and into the crank case and thin out the oil then damage the bearings. If you see your oil level starting to rise you now know why.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
