Was having issues getting through on the phone line and ended up running into Katie on facebook and she had the parts team call me on my cell phone. It was a very quick action made by Katie and we got the problem resolved and all my inquiries taken care of! Awesome business who care about their customers. I also must say their motors are great, ran one of their engines for 2 seasons and i broke a starter bolt off in the case so i swapped cases with a set i had (my warranty had already expired) and when i got the motor tore down....not a single scratch on the cylinder walls, was amazed. Great business to deal with.
