2001 Virage 700 Exhaust leak - Water Leaking out of Resonator

My 2001 Virage 700 runs like crap when ingesting the exhaust gas leaking into the engine compartment. Water is leaking from the starboard resonator.

Does water and exhaust run through the resonator?

Is the leak repairable? What's the best method for repair?

Do I need a new resonator?

Pull the hose off the resonator clean both areas with Windex, re-clamp the two together but don’t over tighten it, its only plastic and will collapse if over tightened.
