SBT 787 reman ?

Hello tech. I have 2 SBT 787 remans here in the garage. I see there is a fill plug/drain plug for the counter balance shaft. I also see where 30ml/1 oz is required according to the shop service manual. Is this during assembly? and do your tech add the oil before the engines are shipped? I can not find any other info on > if the counter balance shaft requires ME to add oil, or how it gets it oiling and from?

We fill the cavity with oil when building the engine.
