I have a 08 Sea Doo GTI130 that did't rev up I found out from the owner that it flipped upside down and was left that way for about 3 hours so they could get some one to tow them back to the dock. They tried to start and run it but all it did was mix up the water that already got in the oil so now when I pulled out the oil filter it is a goey sticky mess. Is it posible to drain the oil and put some sort of solvent or just clean oil and try to get the goopy stuff out or do I have to pull the motor and manually clean it?

Re: Water in oil 08 GTI130
In most cases if done immediately after ingesting water, you can do several oil changes to remove the contaminated oil. Filters too must be changed with each oil change, sea-doo calls this the boil out process and instructions can be found in the service manual. Go to seadoomanuals.net and down load a 4 stroke service manual, any year will do and follow the process.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
