a customer brought in an 08 RXT X with an SBT motor. everything is fine except that when he pulls the lanyard, it still continues and he has to unhook the battery lead. he re-installs the lead and all is ok, he starts it up and then same problem all over again. any ideas?

yes, but all the buzzers, bells and whistles keep going until the battery cable is disconnectedComment

If you un-plug the 2 small wires on the starter relay it might shut the ski down, if not then it could be an issue with the dess post.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
