I have a 2001 Virage 700 and at full throttle, I'm getting less then half the maximum RPMs. Ran a compression test on both cylinders and they were within margin. Is there something in the electric box that would limit the JUICE to protect the motor in curtain situations?

Just rebuilt the carb and replaced the gas lines. Also replaced the reeds with SBC reeds. Still only have 1/4 to 1/2 RPMs at full throttleLast edited by sirdave4; 09-05-2012, 05:35 PM. -

Does it rev up on the trailer, if so look at the complete exhaust , all hoses and sound baffels, something may have burnt causing an exhaust restriction.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
