Wrong springs for pop-off, too weak or fuel tank is holding too much psi, the pressure vale is not working, and it should let pressure out at 1.5 psiSBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

If the fuel is turned off you should'nt have any issues tilting it up for storage.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

You may also have damaged the reed trying to start it with the case filled with fuel, this will also cause the bogging issue and low rpms.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
