It's been a good experience when I've had to order parts for my older 1996 Polaris SLTH 700. On my last order the online application chart for the appropriate driveshaft for my boat was incorrect, however the tech guys at SBT were able to get me the right shaft based on length and diameter of spline. And delivery time was as expected. I've also learned much by reading through the forum questions and answers, thereby saving me a lot of time and research.
