Does the complete gasket kit include the o-ring for the PTO crankcase? I do not see it in the picture. Do you sell an sealant for the crankcase?

Yes the collar o-ring is in the kit, We do not sell the case sealant, You can use Loc Tite brand called The right stuff or the best sealant would be 3-bond 1211.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
