The best part about buying from SBT is the fast shipping!! I have ordered from SBT several times and one big thing that holds value for me is the same-day shipping. When ordering anything online, but especially parts, I hate it when you place an order and then the parts takes days BEFORE it ships. SBT is clear about parts that are in stock and those that are not. Some online stores consider "in stock" to mean their distributor has it in stock, but that is BS when it takes two or three days for them to order and ship from the distributor.
Good clean website, great service, fast shipping, reasonable shipping rates w/tracking, live person answering the phone ... this what online shopping should be!
