seadoo 2004 gti le rfi crankcase full of oil

I just opened up my 2004 787 gti and found the whole crankcase full of 2 cycle oil....I am assuming it was not winterized properly and has cracked the block, allowing oil to flow into the crankcase....anyone else experience this problem in the springtime...?? We are in a cold climate here below freezing for 4 months...

Sounds like the crank seals are going bad. The inside seals hold the oil inside the rotary valve shaft cavity.
