I have a 2000 SUV that I am rebuilding the carbs on. I have all three Mikuni kits. I have read about and plan to do the return line modification. My questions are about what the proper pop-off pressure is for the 1200 in a SUV. Also I have the 1.2 Needle seat size and would there be a benefit of going to the 1.5 since they have to be replaced anyway?

I have a 96 waveblaster2 that I rebuilt carbs drained fuel tank set pop off to 40 psi installed in jets idles great but when u grab full throttle 4 times its great after that it starts bogging or cutting out new spark plugs too if I cut it off and restart it does the same thing again grab full throttle 4 times in about 5 seconds it's fine then it starts bogging again u think it's a fuel problem or an electrical issue thanks for help Blake t. Also high screw 3/8 out low screw1. 5/8 out I have tried the low screw in and out to adjust that doesn't help
