    My ski has a very bad vibration, I have already destroyed one pump and impellor replaced pump and impellor still a bad vibration removed drive shaft from ski and ran it seemed like much less vibration at higher rpm' and also drive shaft very sloppy at thru hull bearing any ideas had planned to replace drive shaft thru hull bearing pto coupling and dampener any help greatly appreciated

    Need to make sure you getting the engine alignment right on. Is the engine hitting on all cyl ?
    Might check the drive shaft for run out, but they don't normally bend. Check the area of the shaft that rides in the bearing for wear. It should be pretty much the same diameter of the shaft right before and after that bearing area. If the drive coupling is not worn, no need to replace it, and if the coupling halves are not broken, chipped or bent, they are fine. Just wasted money. I would just get a rebuild kit for the bearing assy. They're only like 30.00 vs the 150 for the whole assy.
