I have looked up the carb settings for my 1999 speedster (Low 1 1/2 High 0) I understand the processes to gently screw the needle valve till it is seated and then back off the number of turns equal to the setting. So, wouldn't a '0' setting meaning you leave the valve seated thus the needle is completely closed? Does it then work against a spring or something to open it?
