Seadoo XP 98 wont start filpped last summer, I did nothing till now

Actually I flipped over this machine, this happened last summer and I didn't do anything until this summer but what I've done so far was. I took off spark plugs, shot the water out of the engine by starting it repeatedly, replace with new spark plugs, check spark plugs when starting while off machine and I'm getting a spark. I'm getting a light spark tho. I'm not sure what the level of the Spark should be, maybe it's not strong enough. Battery is fully charged. Gas is getting in the engine.

So that's pretty much where I am with this
